there will be a lot of moisture coming into northern california. we'll see where that line will drop. but it looks to be the north bay and the sacramento valley up north that will be taking the brunt of this. it will not be until wednesday when you will see that getting closer to us. increasing clouds on tuesday. today, 40s and 50s. a couple 30s for there for a while. and 38, 39. and that cloud cover, maybe a little bit of that will drag across today. but it's fog, the big story here today. although the days are getting short, some of that fog could be tough to burn off. but 50s on the bay. double whammy along with the inland folks. turning cloudy, increasing clouds on tuesday. and we'll get a break and we will also be windy. a break on wednesday night. after that friday into the weekend, weth timing issues will be a little tough right now. but looks rainy and wet, especially to the north and up to the sierra there. >> thank you. >>> time now is all 27. it was suppose to be a happy celebration, but this has become a court nightmare for one man. the
